The Key Account Executive owns the day-to-day management of all pharmacy retail partners — Watsons, Guardian, Unity, and more. The role spans trade sales and promotion planning, coordination of marketing and merchandising execution across online and offline channels, and the operational coordination of stock delivery and returns.
You'll maintain close coordination with external retail buyers, internal design/artwork, logistics and finance to keep every promotion cycle, listing and stock movement running on time.
What You'll Do
Sales & Trade Promotion Planning
Manage day-to-day relationships with buyers across all pharmacy retail partners
Track each partner's promotion calendar and respond within deadlines — including proposing and coordinating annual marketing plans, preparing promotion proposals, and coordinating promotion claims and discount-sharing terms
Track Trade Term Agreement (TTA) entitlements owed by each retailer and ensure full redemption
Propose pricing and product selection decisions for new listings to the reporting manager
Merchandising Coordination & Implementation
Coordinate artwork, POSM and printing timelines with the design team to meet each promotion's go-live date
Manage merchandiser schedules and in-store execution — planograms, displays, LED panel/installation projects
Liaise with buyers to obtain current planograms and verify listing/delisting status of products in-store
Manage online listings and product updates across e-commerce portals, including new product listings and updates triggered by formula or ingredient changes
Submit new product listings and thematic promotions via each retailer's portal (GSP Portal, PMR Portal) following the relevant SOP
Delivery, Returns & Inventory Coordination
Monitor stock positions across all pharmacy partners via available visibility tools
Coordinate order fulfilment with the internal packing and delivery team; notify retailers and file non-fulfilment reports where required to avoid penalties
Coordinate stock returns and exchanges with retailers and the internal delivery team
Track slow-moving or delisted SKUs and drive clearance plans to resolution
Cross-Functional Coordination & Admin
Maintain accurate records: retailer logins, contact lists, promotion calendars and trade promotion plans
Liaise with finance on billing matters relevant to each retailer
Forward and action retailer stock/order communications to the relevant internal team promptly
Respond to ad hoc retailer enquiries and gather interest for new marketing campaigns
Who You Are
Proficient in Excel — trackers, price lists, promotion plans, stock reports — to manage multiple retailer-specific templates and portals
Strong communicator for buyer negotiations, retailer correspondence, and internal coordination
Able to quickly learn e-commerce listing/portal systems (e.g. GSP Portal, PMR Portal)
Good at managing concurrent deadlines across promotion, artwork and listing timelines
Comfortable with numbers and detail — pricing, claims and stock reconciliation require accuracy
Deadline-driven and reliable — many retailer submissions are time-boxed and non-negotiable
Organised and able to juggle five retailer relationships with differing systems and SOPs
Collaborative team player, comfortable coordinating across functions without formal authority
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years' relevant experience in trade marketing, key account management, merchandising or a similar retail/FMCG coordination role
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
Multi-lingual candidates strongly preferred
Prior exposure to modern trade, pharmacy or health & beauty retail is an advantage but not required
Compensation
Basic Salary
SGD 3,000 – 5,000 / month
Overtime
OT opportunities available on evenings and weekends — optional, not mandatory
About the Role
This isn't a traditional design job where someone hands you a brief and you execute it.
We are the only direct-from-factory supplement brand from Singapore's largest NSF GMP-certified supplements manufacturing facility — and a top-performing brand across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and our own website. We need a designer who thinks like a marketer, learns like a self-starter, and uses every tool available to produce great work efficiently.
You'll own the visual output for our e-commerce listings and paid ad creatives. That means you need to understand what makes someone stop scrolling, what makes a listing convert, and how to iterate fast when something isn't working.
If you love experimenting with AI tools, move quickly, and get genuinely interested in why certain creatives perform better than others — keep reading.
What You'll Do
E-Commerce Listings (Primary)
Design product listing images for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and our owned website — main images, infographic slides, comparison cards, lifestyle banners
Study top-performing listings in our category and bring informed creative ideas, not just execution
Work closely with our nutritionists and food scientists to translate complex science and product claims into compelling visual storytelling
Iterate based on performance data — understand what's converting and adapt accordingly
Paid Ad Creatives (Primary)
Produce static graphic ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — single image and carousel formats
Design creatives built for performance: clear hierarchy, strong hooks, benefit-forward messaging
Turn around multiple variations quickly for A/B testing
General Brand Design (Secondary)
Support occasional web page design updates
Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Assist with ad-hoc design needs as the brand grows
Who You Are
You have a strong portfolio of e-commerce listing or digital ad work — we care far more about the quality of your output than where you studied or how many years you've worked
You actively use AI and modern tools to work smarter: image generation, background removal, upscaling, layout assistance — whatever gets the job done well and fast
You're analytically curious — you notice which creatives perform better and you want to understand why
You're a self-learner who doesn't wait to be taught new tools or trends; you find them yourself
You're a team player who communicates well and hits deadlines without being chased
You can work on-site at our office — this is not a remote role
