Singapore orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days. Malaysia takes 5–12 working days, Brunei 8–15 working days, and the Philippines 7–15 working days. All orders are dispatched from our factory in Ang Mo Kio within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the threshold for your destination — $50 for Singapore, $80 for Malaysia, $125 for the Philippines, and $145 for Brunei. No discount code needed.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website. Please check your inbox — and your junk or spam folder if you don't see it. International tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

Certain products such as our Collagen Peptides, Orange Slimming Potion, and Tomesoral White Tomato Potion are packed in boxes that exceed the weight limits for cost-effective international shipping to Brunei and the Philippines. We are working on solutions to make these available in more regions in the future. All other products in our range ship normally to both destinations.
