Product Description
Most collagen sachets don't use enough to actually work. This one does.
Clinical studies on skin improvement use 2.5–10g of collagen peptides a day. Most Singapore products sit at 1–2.5g, enough to put "collagen" on the label but below the dose the research is actually built on. Estalife's Collegen Peptides sachet delivers 6,600mg, in the middle of the clinical range, alongside 250mg Vitamin C and 100mcg reduced glutathione so the collagen your body absorbs actually has what it needs to be put to use.

Most supplements aren't what the label says
-
NUS tested 18 NMN products sold in Singapore. Over 80% were not what they claimed.
In 2024, researchers at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Temasek Polytechnic bought 18 NMN supplements on the Singapore market and measured what was actually in them. More than 80% contained less NMN than the label claimed. Three contained no detectable NMN at all.
What that means for you: in this category, price tells you nothing about whether the product is real. An independent lab result is the only thing that does.
-
US researchers tested 25 melatonin gummies sold for sleep. Nearly 9 in 10 were not what they claimed.
In 2023, researchers from Harvard Medical School and the University of Mississippi bought 25 melatonin gummy products on the US market and measured what was actually in them. 22 of the 25 were labelled inaccurately, with melatonin ranging from 74% to 347% of the stated dose. Only 3 came within 10% of the label. One contained no melatonin at all, just CBD.
What that means for you: the dose on the label is a promise, not a measurement. You could be taking a fraction of what you paid for, or more than three times it. An independent lab result is the only way to know.

What we test and why
Microbial & heavy metals
Every single batch we manufacture is tested by Eurofins Singapore for microbial safety and heavy metals before it is released for sale.
Laboratory: Eurofins
Raw material purity
High risk raw materials like NMN are tested for purity before we even use it in our manufacturing process. Our NMN returns greater than 99.99% β-NMN content.
Laboratory: SGS or Eurofins
Finished product content verification
The actual NMN content in our finished capsule is measured to confirm it delivers the stated amount per serving. This is the test almost nobody in the category runs, not just because it is expensive but because it is where underdosed products get caught.
Laboratory: Eurofins
Here’s what the research actually requires
Clinical studies on skin improvement use 2.5–10g of collagen peptides per day. Most Singapore products use 1–2.5g - enough to print “collagen” on the label, not enough to replicate the doses used in the research that proves it works.
Proksch et al., Skin Pharmacology and Physiology, 2014
Why this matters
-
80%
Of the collagen in your skin is Type I, the main type found in marine collagen.
Shin et al., International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 2019 -
8
Weeks until measurable skin elasticity improvement is observed in multiple collagen studies.
Campos et al., Heliyon, 2023
-
70%+
Of our collagen peptides are under 1000 Da, a small molecular weight for efficient intestinal absorption.
Seong et al., J Cosmet Dermatol, 2014; Kim et al., Nutrients, 2018
What's in the bottle
Hydrolysed Marine Fish Collagen Peptides (Type I)
6,600mg
Broken down into small peptides (over 70% under 1000 Daltons) for efficient absorption through the intestinal wall. Once absorbed, these peptides signal fibroblasts, the cells that produce collagen and hyaluronic acid in skin. Marine collagen is predominantly Type I, the form that makes up roughly 80% of skin structure. The dose sits in the middle of the 2.5–10g clinical range: high enough to signal a measurable response, while keeping the sachet pleasant to drink.
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
250mg
An essential cofactor in the enzymatic step that builds mature, functional collagen. Without adequate Vitamin C, the amino acids from collagen peptides can't be assembled into new collagen fibre, which is why collagen-only products are considered incomplete.
L-Glutathione (Reduced Form)
100mcg
The body's master antioxidant, and an inhibitor of tyrosinase, the enzyme central to melanin production. Vitamin C and glutathione support each other in the same antioxidant cycle, Vitamin C regenerates oxidised glutathione, and glutathione in turn helps reactivate oxidised Vitamin C.
Key Benefits
Skin elasticity and firmness
In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, subjects taking 5g of collagen peptides daily showed significantly improved skin elasticity at both 4 and 8 weeks compared with placebo. Estalife's 6,600mg dose sits above this trial amount.
Proksch et al., Skin Pharmacology and Physiology, 2014
Skin hydration and moisture
Oral collagen peptides have been shown to increase skin hydration by stimulating hyaluronic acid production in the dermis, with measurable effects from 4 weeks of daily use.
Miyanaga et al., Skin Pharmacology and Physiology, 2021
Brightness and more even skin tone
Glutathione inhibits tyrosinase, the enzyme that drives melanin production, while Vitamin C supports skin brightness through a separate antioxidant pathway. Two mechanisms working alongside each other in one sachet.
Arjinpathana & Asawanonda, Journal of Dermatological Treatment, 2010; Sarkar et al., International Journal of Dermatology, 2024
Hair and nail strength
An open-label trial (no placebo control) recorded a 42% reduction in broken nail frequency and a 12% increase in nail growth rate over 24 weeks, alongside improved hair and scalp condition at 12 weeks of daily use.
Hexsel et al., Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2017; Reilly et al., Dermatology Research and Practice, 2024
Affordable, because there is nobody between us and you
-
The usual chain
Manufacturer, then brand owner, then distributor, then retailer, then you. Retailers typically take 40 to 50%. Distributors take another 20 to 30%. Every layer is priced into the bottle before it reaches you.
-
Here at Estalife
We manufacture it and we sell it. There is no brand owner paying us a manufacturing fee and no retailer adding margin on top.
-
What we did not cut
Same raw material grade, same NSF GMP certified facility, same Eurofins and SGS testing, same processes and machines used for the hospitals and global brands we manufacture for.
Singapore's largest NSF GMP-certified supplements factory
Our Ang Mo Kio facility used to manufacture mainly for hospitals and global brands. Now, we're manufacturing products directly from our factory to you, under our brand Estalife. No middlemen, straight from the manufacturer. Get to know us!
Why we made it this way
Honestly never thought we'd go back to making so many sachet collagen products. I restarted our sachet line because sometimes this industry is just like fashion. Sachets were huge in the late 1900s and early 2000s, then made way for glass bottles because they were seen as the healthier, more premium format. If you asked me about this 5 years ago, I would have said it's impossible for us to go back to sachets. But after trying them again myself, I couldn't resist either. They're just so much easier to carry around than glass bottles (I was always afraid I'd break mine on travel trips). And after years of pure powder with no flavours, it's been such a refreshing phase going back to flavoured drinks. The healthiest format is still pure powder, so if you want the best of both worlds, do a rotation like me!
Every batch is third-party lab tested before it leaves our facility, same as all our products.
One thing I want to say openly: collagen has a lot of misinformation on both sides. The naysayers claim it's a scam and too big to be absorbed, while some brands oversell it as a miracle protein that can replace your skincare or fix every skin issue. Both are wrong. Collagen as a whole protein is indeed too big to be absorbed, but that's old news. We've had the technology to break it down into collagen peptides (small enough to be efficiently absorbed) for decades, with tons of RCTs proving the cause-and-effect of supplementation. That said, it's not a miracle. Daily sunscreen will do more for long-term skin ageing than daily collagen ever will. Our body is a big complex system, and collagen isn't there to replace anything. It works alongside your diet, exercise and skincare. I'll do a full long-form video on this one day, keep a lookout!
Thank you for all your love so far!

What to expect - a realistic timeline
-
Week 2–8
Hydration and texture improve
Oral collagen peptides significantly increased skin hydration. Most users reported improved skin smoothness, reduced dryness, and a slight plumping effect.
Pu et al., Nutrients, 2014; Proksch et al., Skin Pharmacology and Physiology, 2014 -
Month 3-6
Elasticity and firmness improve measurably
Skin hydration increased, the elasticity index improved, and fine lines were reduced. Notable enhancements in dermal density were also observed. Improvements in scalp scaling and overall hair condition were seen to placebo at Week 12.
Reilly et al., Dermatology Research and Practice, 2024; Miyanaga et al., Skin Pharmacology and Physiology, 2021; Zmitek et al., Nutrients, 2024 -
Month 6 onwards
Nail growth and strength improve
At 24 weeks, 64% showed clinical improvement in brittle nails; 42% reduction in broken nail frequency; 12% increased in nail growth rate.
Hexsel et al., Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2017
Individual results vary and depend on age, skin condition, baseline collagen levels, diet and consistency of use.
Pair it with
Whitening Glutathione: Brightening meets firmness for radiant, youthful skin.
Hydra Ceramide Melts: Together they help keep skin plump and hydrated.
Astaxanthin 6MG: Adds UV and anti-ageing protection to collagen's firming support.
White Tomato Melts: Helps even out skin tone while collagen firms.
Frequently asked questions
Hydrolyzed collagen provides amino acids released during digestion, which serve as essential building blocks that fibroblasts use to construct new collagen fibers. It also provides short peptide fragments that act as signaling molecules, stimulating fibroblasts to increase their own production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. This signaling effect is dose-dependent. Published clinical trials showing significant improvements in use doses ranging from 2.5–10g per day.
Most users notice improved skin texture and hydration between weeks 4-8. Measurable elasticity improvement is typically seen at week 8 in published studies. Hair and nail improvements generally take longer - most clinical data on these endpoints is from 12–24 week trials. Individual results depend on age, skin condition, and consistency of use. Collagen works cumulatively.
If you have a fish allergy, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor or allergist before taking this product. While fish collagen is extensively hydrolysed - which may reduce allergenic potential - we cannot confirm it is safe for individuals with fish allergies, and we do not recommend taking the risk without medical advice. If you have a shellfish allergy (prawns, crab, lobster) only and no sensitivity to fish, the allergen source is different, but we still recommend checking with your doctor first.
Our marine collagen is derived from freshwater fish which are permissible under Islamic dietary law. This product holds MUIS Halal certification - covering all raw ingredients, processing equipment, warehouse storage, and staff handling protocols, ensuring every sachet meets the halal standards in Singapore.
While the ingredients are natural nutrients, we always recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Think you can trust supplement labels? Think again.
A supplement label tells you what a brand says is inside. It can’t tell you whether that’s true.
In many markets, including Singapore, supplements aren’t independently checked against their labels before they’re sold. That’s why, when scientists test supplements against their labels, they keep finding products with far less, far more, or none of what’s claimed.

Good
Been taking for about half a year, no changes nor any noticeable improvements to date
After a month of collagen consumption I noticed there is a reduction in nail chipping.
✨ My experience with Estalife Collagen ✨
I’ve been taking Estalife Collagen and one thing I personally noticed is that my nails seem to grow faster and feel much stronger. 💅🏻
Before, my nails could be quite brittle and break easily, but lately they seem healthier, stronger and less prone to breaking. I also notice that they grow quite quickly! 😊
Collagen is often associated with supporting skin, hair and nails, although everyone’s results can be different. For me, the improvement I noticed most is definitely my nails. ❤️
As for my hair, I’m hoping with consistent intake, it will also support healthier-looking and stronger hair. ✨
Of course, this is just my personal experience, not a guarantee that everyone will get the same results. A balanced diet, enough protein, vitamins and minerals are also important for healthy hair and nails. 🌿
Small changes, but when you notice the difference yourself… sure happy lah! 😄💅🏻
I love it…hopefully more different flavours please. 😍
Very good with reasonable price!
I did feel the texture of my skin is more supple and hydrated after taking two boxes. However, still not effective for joints yet. Am taking another two boxes and will see the result.
Excellent taste. It'smy 2nd purchase and my skin continue to glow. Highly recommended
I have been taking this collagen supplement for a while and I’m happy with the results. It is easy to consume, tastes pleasant, and fits well into my daily routine. My skin feels more hydrated and smoother, and I also feel more confident overall.
